  • Basmati rice
  • Paneer
  • Sesame oil
  • Ginger, Garlic, Green chili
  • Veggies (onion, green onion, carrot, capsicum)
  • Soy sauce
  • Chili sauce
  • Vinegar

Make Paneer Fried Rice Recipe (Step By Step):

  • Heat the oil to a medium-high temperature. When the pan is hot, add the ginger, garlic, and green chili.
  • Cook for about a minute. Or till the raw smell of ginger garlic goes away.
  • After that, add the onion and spring onion. Mix & cook till onions are soft (for around 1-2 minutes)
  • Add chopped carrot and capsicum. Mix and saute till veggies are soft (but not mushy).
  • Mix in the soy sauce, chilli sauce, and vinegar thoroughly.
  • Toss the paneer cubes in the sauce and veggies
  • Add cooked rice, salt, pepper and chili flakes.
  • Toss everything together and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the rice is heated through.
  • Then turn the stove off and it’s ready to eat.
